I hired an exterior house painter (not affiliated with Eric and Able Hands in any way) who gouged me on the price and had me thinking that he would replace the shingles before he started painting. That was not so. In order for him to proceed and finish the job I needed the cedar shake replaced ASAP. Eric and his crew saved the day for sure. "The project consisted of a full bathtub replacement, shower wall tiling, floor tiling, light/fan installation, and some wall damage repairs. Since we had him here for tiling the bathroom we also had a mud area to the back deck tiled as well. John was great from start to finish. He was very responsive when we contacted him. He was up front and straight forward when we hit snags in the project and I always felt that he had our best interest at heart and was willing to do what was needed to make us feel happy and good about our choice to have him do the work. When the tub was removed, he found some mold and water damage in the wall behind the tub and the floor. He was able to roll with the punches and include replacing the floor for us without serious timeline or budget setbacks. All in all John was great to work with and we're very happy with the results and highly recommend him."
