The water damaged was caused by the contractor of the builder who negligently did not install the proper flashing on my exterior bricks and did not put flashing tape around my windows. The first contractor that I hired to do the job was unresponsive. Then I looked at HomeAdvisor and got Angel. He was on time, and he is so knowledgeable and honest. Angel explains what the problem is and how it should be fixed; he also explains why it should be fixed that way. If there are other options, he explains that too. The interior of my walls was so damaged, dry-rotted, and molded. Angel had to take the entire front off. His team of workers are professional, knowledgeable, and does supreme work. "The individual that did the consult was very knowledgeable and helpful. The work took 8 days. I would highly recommend just buying new cabinets. The mess after the sanding and install was more than I expected. Some of the cabinets were left with debris and a considerable amount of dust in them, the shelves were not sanded on the ends where they were cut, leaving splinters and the sawdust was in the stove, dishwasher, cabinets that were covered and in the adjoining room. The craftsmanship turned out nice but noticeable that the edges were resurfaced. Itâ s hard to resurface cabinets that are old. The new doors cover the refacing. I feel the pricing is way to high for this type of project."
