"Had a leaking toilet with water seeping thru floor in downstairs ceiling. Their technician removed old toilet and installed a new Kohler toilet. The technician, Jett was polite and worked continuously to finish the job.Great company all are polite and they do a great job. Dont hesitate to call them."

"Mr. James Ryan of JRS Maintenance came to my home to replace the old pipes under my kitchen sink. He was extremely professional, polite, and accommodating when he made the appointment with me via text and phone confirmations. Customer service and courteous treatment were at the forefront of the conversations. When James arrived to do the work, he was prompt, clean, skilled, and knowledgeable. He went right to work and answered any questions I had for him pertaining to the job at hand. He even attached the pipes I need to install a new dishwasher. He advised me to get a new dishwasher, instead of fixing the old one. Many plumbers would fix the old one even if it wasn't advantageous to do so, just for the fee. I highly recommend James for any plumbing needs you may have. He is reasonably priced, well-spoken, and knowledgeable in his craft!"

"We had an emergency after a power surge that fried our furnace. Varsity was at our home first thing in the morning. Ralph went through a thorough diagnostic process with us, went over all of our options with prices, and we ultimately replaced our entire unit. The work was done efficiently within hours. No mess to clean up afterwards, and the techs at Varsity returned our home to the safe, warm environment we needed in preparation for a large winter storm. The techs took proper precautions when entering our home, even going so far as to wearing shoe coverings to protect our floors. The service manager communicated the entire process with us before it was happening, keeping us informed every step of the way. The employees at Varsity treated our family like their family. They made our urgency their priority. Every employee we spoke with was kind, respectful, and thoroughly educated on the situation, even the customer service representatives. This company will continue to serve us through the years. They’ve earned our trust from day one."
