The owner has great communication skills. He made sure I knew and understood everything that he will be doing to my floors. He help me decided what was the best type of flooring for my house and provided me with all colors sample on the floor before I chosed. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to wood, vinyl, and laminate, His price are very reasonable actually the best in town. He makes sure you are happy when the job is complete. The owner also took the time to show us how to care for our hardwood floors. I cannot say enough about this company. They are 100% the best in everything. If you are looking to have your hardwood floors refinishing, fixed, or just need to get new hardwood floors I highly recommend this company. You will be glad you did. My floors look great. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
