Worked on it for some time, went above and beyond to get it drained but no luck' House is 50 + years old with cast iron pipes so I was not surprised when he said ones under the tub needed to be replaced. Had been giving us trouble for several years and had been getting worse. He wrote a proposal and said he could do the next day as it was too late to start that day. James the owner showed up early next morning and went over what needed to be done. Gave a fair price and Alan showed up hr or so later and got started. Worked all day bless his heart. Got drain running smoothly. It's been about 2 weeks and all still going great. Have had a number of plumbing jobs done in the past by different companies but James Degennaro was by far the best. Both he and Alan were great and professional and did great work and clean up. .Would absolutely hire again and recommend . So glad I found them. "2017 Installation of Disposal and drain was done very professionally and efficiently at cost of $150 with 10% Angie's List discount. In 2017 I had Ken scope with camera my main drain line and clean it. He found it needed to be repaired as our large tree's roots had caused this clay line to become misaligned at a junction point. Repairs were delayed until 2019, cost for the inspection was $288 after 10% Angie's List discount. 2018 during the day of new quartz counter tops in Hall and Master Baths the counter contractor found the shut-off valves in the hall bath was frozen. I was able to get a hold of Ken and he came out within an hour of my call and change the valves, we changed out the Master bath valves as well given they were 30 yrs old. During the Hall bath work Ken found the cast iron drain was 99% clogged. Ken replaced the interior side and cleaned the section in the wall to the exterior main drain line. In 2019 as part of remodel I had Ken repair the main drain from exit at house to interface with County Sewer drain. Thirty Two feet of clay and cast iron drain was replaced with ABS and Sewer perma-lining from side walk to County lateral approx 38 ft. The cost of $7800 included labor, materials, permits and inspections. The job was done in an efficient and professional manor. In 2020 to support refinance the underwriter required my water heater to be strapped. Ken came out and was able to accomplish what two other plumbers failed to do and do it in a manner that did not require removal of the water heater, cost $290. Ken and his Apprentice are Masters of what they do."
