C.S. Remodeling Inc is new to Angi, we are looking to provide a variety of Skilled Home improvement services. We have been in business since 2001, all of our work has been through personal referral and is 100% residential.\n I often refer to us as old house carpenters. I've worked on homes from the 1900's to homes built in 2017. Being familiar with the different types of construction techniques lessens the surprise factor and makes modernization or repairs easier.\n I'm hoping to make the jump to Angi a good one and to continue to provide a positive and comfortable remodeling, repair or home improvement experience.\n Thanks Craig Stemley

"We were a little disappointed in the lack of completion of the job concerning the lack of safe step strips on the front porch steps, he had told us that he would be back the next morning to put the non-slip surface down on the steps and then never showed up"

"Aaron and his crew repaired water damage from a leak in our front porch roof. They reframed the deck and replaced the deck surface, then replaced a roof beam, part of a soffett, and built up a new roof substructure for a new flat roof. They replaced exterior stairs, and side shingles in a number of impacted areas. It was multiple projects to get our 100 year old porch back in great shape. They finished off with painting around this project and all other trim around the house. The house is in great shape after all their efforts. Aaron's time estimates at different stages were right on. He and his crew were timely and easy to have around. We like their work quay and we'd work with them again."

"We had Plantrex do a deck resurfaced. After it was in, there was a tenant caused deck fire. Plantrex did an outstanding job on both the original resurface and on the deck repair and restoration after the fire. Cleanup, everything was great."

Hello, my name is Corey Anderson. \n\nI am a general contractor and carpenter in the West Seattle area. I am experienced in frame to finish work including but not exclusive to interior remodels, outdoor yard structures, and window/door replacement. I personally enjoy creative projects that require a little outside the box thinking and an artistic touch, but if you're not quite ready for a Japanese tea house or ninja warrior gym/playground, then I can do that bathroom remodel.\n\nThank you for taking a look at my page, let me know in some detail what projects you have and I'll try to get you a quote quick.\n\nCorey Anderson
