They are mostly black racers and though they are helpful in rodent elimination I don't want them near my home, garage, doorways, lanai, etc. Alex applies a deterrent to keep them away and I feel much safer. "James came the very next day to sort out my "issue." Embarrassed to say the rat nesting was totally my own fault. Why? I had a bird feeder close to the house. The squirrels knocked out the seeds/corn and the rats helped themselves! James is very knowledgeable about all things "pesty" and also treated my home for ants and (shudder) roaches at my request. James did a couple of follow-up visits, and so far, so good. Still dealing with the ants, but I'll take ANTS over RATS or roaches ANY DAY!"
