"We submitted a Angie's request for weed wacking and chose Erik as he responded immediately. We agreed on $30/Hour. But he didn't have an opining for 8 days and was supposed to arrive "early" on Wed May 21. I got up early and had bought more supplies and lunch items the day before. At 10, Erik had not shown up, didn't call and when we called him, his Voice Mail was full. So, I got someone else. I think he is informal and not into customer service. We older people need tradesmen to honor their appointments! It's fire season and it's very important to have tall grass cut down. I would not pick Erik to do a job. Pick another. "
