The American Home Renewal contract was clear, concise and straight forward. The 3 day installation process was fluid and fairly quiet and we were able to work from home. It had a minimal impact on our lives. The crew cleaned up thoroughly every day and took time to make sure we knew how to tilt the windows for eventual cleaning etc. Keith, the Production Manager, checked in a few times during the 3 day installation period to ensure everything was progressing to our satisfaction. "I had 2 bathrooms with water damage which needed remodeling. Michael, the owner of D S Builders, was very easy to work with. From the start, he was helpful in directing me to the places I would need to obtain the necessary supplies, i.e. tile, fixtures, lights, toilets, bathtub, ect. His paperwork was organized and specific to the time the work would take, when payments were due and the order the work would be done. He is prompt, polite and very detail oriented and he managed his sub-contractors without issue. The job site was always cleaned up at the end of everyday. He was always ready to discuss the progress, problems or alternate ways to complete the work. He is a very good communicator; and he made sure we were always on the same page. Furthermore, the quality of the work performed was outstanding! I could not have wished for a more perfect outcome! They removed our old grass and some soil, sprayed the area with an herbicide to prevent unwanted grasses from returning, installed a gopher/mole guard, replaced the sprinkler heads, and installed new topsoil and sod. Saul was very quick to respond to our request for a bid and was very reasonable in his estimate and final costs for the project. I can't speak highly enough to characterize his professionalism, rapid follow-up to our questions and concerns, and great communication and friendly demeanor.
