"Very professional, but you get what you pay for. I purchased the Exterior House paint job for $1399, They came out and measured every inch of house and said can only do the back and 1/2 of the front for what I paid. Ad stated two coats but they only put on one coat, said they put the coat "heavy". So I was left painting the other two sides of the house and had to pay extra to finish painting the front. They did do a good job on the areas they painted though. Everything was nickel and dime, he didn't want to paint the doors, said they weren't included in the deal. Had to show him in writing that doors were included. Overall, the workers were great, just don't expect anything extra if you by a prepaid package deal. <br />"

"Three years ago Ross Services installed travertine tiles on my lanai/pool deck. They did an excellent job. Three years later, three tiles were damaged, one as a result of the repair of a pool leak. I called Brandon at Ross Services and explained the problem. Within a reasonable period of time Brandon got back to me and gave me a time that the repair would be done. The repair was completed by a gentleman name Brian, who did an excellent job. Much to my surprise there was no charge for this repair and service call. I would highly recommend Ross Services for anyone looking for tile/paver work and the many other services they provide."

Pricing was at the high end of the quote range, but not obscene, and what I received in return was a white-glove service using an enclosed trailer with an experienced professional. Complete inspection of the car before and after, with pictures noting the exact condition of the car, interior and exterior - including the milage and contents of the glove box. This is not a subcontracting / middle-man company like so many auto transport vendors are - they bid on and perform the work themselves through their well-established and successful freight business.
