"Frank came out, clearly explained what he would be doing and the cost. He was professional and reasonably priced. He installed a drain that has been well tested with all the rain we have had. The water issue was not related to the pool but the patio built around it. He understood I was under time constraints and was able to move me up on the calendar. He explained the materials being used including "goose egg" rocks and I had him remove the additional mulch around the pool and replace with the goose egg rocks. When I contacted him about wanting the drain to have an elbow - he agreed and had his team come by and update."

"we are very happy with the work of mik and his men. they were dependable and industrious. the work was done according to schedule and was done well. at the end of the job, there was still a small leak because of an abnormality in our roof and, though it was not due to a defect in milestone's work, mik and his team returned, diagnosed it and found a way to rectify it - for no further charge. he also noticed another repair that had not been included in the original proposal but would have served as an effective guard against future leaks - he made this repair as well with no further charge. they left the property neat and clean - we have already recommended milestone twice to neighbors looking for someone for similar jobs and told them we found the company on angie's list."

"This crew is amazing!  My uncle needed to have a tree removed from our
backyard... I'm talking HUGE with many of the biggest limbs leaning over
our neighbors house.  He came over right away and gave a reasonably
priced quote.  I discussed it with my uncle and decided to go ahead and
use his services.  He removed this tree in two days, even with it being
some of the hottest days its been in a while!  His whole crew was
extremely kind and they made sure to clean up very carefully after they
were done. They even took a look at my broken car when they
