"We started with windows and gutters. Jake, our sales man was very flexible with schedule. We have difficult schedules and he was here until dark answering our questions. All nine windows were installed in 5 hours. They did all the set up, paperwork and clean up. When we found a small tear in the screen on one of the windows and they repaired it. We were extremely happy with the quality of the work and the customer service that we added a second project, the siding! We will referring back to them for any future work."

We have moved 14 times and with each move, you are going to have some damage. We had 2 small things - one thing that was broken and one that was missing. Mario went out of his way to fix the broken item and return it to us and to find and purchase the missing item (which, of course, ended up not being missing by the time we finished unpacking - it was just packed in a weird place). "I'll start by confessing that I'm a residential contractor myself so I'm somewhat of a discriminating (picky) buyer. Knowing nothing about siding though, it wasn't easy finding a company willing to partially re-side our house... most contractors were only interested in re-siding the entire home. After learning this, we went thru multiple "siding repair" contractors who simply struck me as unprofessional, so I kept looking. Koalaty responded timely and responsibly, and I am happy to report they did so every step of the way. We found them to be more flexible than their competitors and they were able to accommodate all my requests. We were so pleased with their 'can do' attitude and the final work results that we recommended them to our neighbors, who also had a very positive experience when Koalaty did a project for them."

Their project manager Cristina was good to interact with and she was able to schedule in the jobs and got it done within three weeks since the contract and initial down payment was made. There was a minor issue and in that i felt the contractor could have been proactive in taking measures to color match the siding instead of relying on homeowner. After the job was done, the nails were not cleaned up completely around the house. I had a flat tire and I don't think the cause was completely based on them not completely cleaning. I would definitely hire them again.."
