They also helped me get some rebates due to the green energy of the new unit. They were on time, friendly and left the place as though they had never been here. The unit was amazing this summer and we saved just as they said. We just had sub-zero temperatures, which are rare in Missouri. This Daikin unit was amazing in winter too. I even called them once already with a potential problem. They came out quickly and identified it was not an issue but were again very nice. "Repair Clinic sent me a water intake valve that had some scuff marks and an unnecessary fixture (which I thought nothing of, assuming it had been removed from a new dishwasher). When the part did not fix my dishwasher's issue, I ordered a circulation pump, which also failed to fix the issue, so I decided to return both parts. Repair Clinic blamed me for the scuff marks and extra fixture, which is unacceptable. They referenced their return policy which states that parts which have been installed cannot be returned, and denied me any form of refund. For all I know, the water intake valve was defective, and I have no recourse. Don't put any stock in the "No-Hassle 365-Day Returns" they proudly tout on their homepage. Instead, expect finger-pointing and uncaring dismissal. You are better off with one of their many competitors."
