Charged $165 for an approximately $30 part which the homeowner can do by watching a youtube video but who has time to wait on the part to arrive? High profit for a 30 minute house call. Repairman was very friendly and efficient. Will use again as I feel cost was "normal" if not a bit lower than other companies. Great profession to be in!"

"I have a policy with them. I have an annual warranty with them, where I need to pay $499. If something goes with my heating, plumbing, air conditioning, and appliances in the house, then it covers everything mechanical that can be repaired, or replaced. It is a pretty good warranty, and I have used it few times. They charge $25 to show up, and evaluate to see if it falls under the warranty. Multiple times, I don't get anyone to show up to the house for less than $100-$150, when it comes to these types of things. They charge $25 for a service call fee. Every time I have used them, warranty had covered it. They had done $230 worth of warranty cover work to my air conditioning system. It is a good program. They have very extensive warranty compare to the electric company. During the emergency or if the device or appliance had stopped working completely, then they show up on time."
