"The tree climber, Adam, was fantastic. He seemed very experienced and even hung a tree swing for us while he was up there. He pruned back my dwarf cherry tree and left it looking beautiful. Todd, the sales manager, is very friendly, but not always professional. On the day they were scheduled to perform services, I called him early afternoon because I hadn't heard from anyone. Todd didn't know what was going on when I called him, and it took him several hours to find out. However, they did end up honoring the original appointment and finished the job before the end of the day. I had to ask them to trim up a few additional branches at the end of the job (some of the team was new - I wasn't too impressed with them). But Todd made sure I was happy before they left. <br />"

"The person answering the phone was polite and friendly. she said they most often recommended that you replace both springs when one breaks as historically the other would most likely break soon after and require another trip charge. I debated but went ahead and agreed . She said they still had one spot open to come out the same day. I could not be here but my daughter came by to let them in. She said the guy was on time, polite, helpful. He lubed the system and fixed part of the rubber seal on the bottom of the door that was falling down. Did great job. Very pleased."

"Jon has completed work for us on two seperate occasions.  He went above and beyond to assure we understood  what was needed and the cost.  We required some shingles to be replaced - he did the research and purchased them for us then made the necessary repairs.  He also changed some outdoor flood lights (high up) and power washed our gutters.  Everything was done in a timely way and with professionalism.  We will use him on all occasions that require a Handyman. "
