"I recently had a major root intrusion issue in my sewer line and after getting multiple estimates, I?m really glad I chose City Plumbing and Rooter AZ. From the start, they stood out as extremely knowledgeable and honest, which made a stressful situation a lot easier to deal with. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood my options without any pressure. Compared to other quotes I received, they made me feel confident that I was truly getting my money?s worth. I ultimately decided to move forward with a full underground pipe replacement, and it was the right call. Their team walked me through the entire process step by step, kept everything well organized, and maintained great communication throughout the job. The work itself was excellent?clean, efficient, and done right the first time. You can tell they take pride in what they do. "Yesterday Alex came back to replace the portion of sewer pipe that had root intrusions. He brought a coworker and together they got busy. They were very knowledgeable and kept my informed thru every step. 94° didn't slow them down. I got out my pop-up canopy for shade (their old one had blown away on a prior job). They did an excellent job and the price was a grand less than my second quote. We are very happy with Harm."

"Went well to this point of replacing parts. Then the United needed to have a system leak test and then needed freon put in pump. This was refused by Choice warranty. We were left with a partial repair and a heat pump not able to do it's job."

"We recently purchased a recently renovated century old farmhouse. We were not expected to use the home warranty that came with out purchase, but so happy we had it within months of moving in we had failures of the appliances. Then we learned the title agency paid the wrong home warranty company. We made the title company pay the proper warranty company covered in our contract due to reviews --- best decision we made. They were help in sorting out the problems with the Title Company and they made sure we were happy with the repairs. When one repairman bailed on us, American Home Shield came to the rescue. Couple of months later a pump failed on the clothes washer and it was repaired in just a few days. $75 for each claim for the service call and the repair is covered. I am afraid they have paid more than the cost of my policy at this point. But that is what insurance is for. Definitely keeping them in the future. Highly recommend."
