The damages occurred around a brick surround for a support pillar and also effected brickwork between two garage doors. Kevin paid attention to ensure that the replacement bricks matched the damaged ones. He also was able to cut appart undamaged bricks so that they could be reused and make the repair look as if the incident had never happenned. He protected the mortar from rain while it was drying. As an experienced 3rd generation mason, he did everything right. He was the best of 6 masons I interviewed. I would not hestitate to recommend him to others. "My 1938 home (purchased in August 2022) was in need of serious repair, especially the brick exterior and chimney. Several other contractors gave estimates that seemed either clueless or predatory. Then came Ekraam - the master technician from Powers. He was kind enough to make the drive from up north to West Seattle on a Saturday when the bridge was still out! One look at my house and he said that any repair to the brick would be worthless in a couple of years. Better to remove it and replace it or put on siding instead. As for the chimney, he asked why I needed it since the house had no fireplace. Briefly stated, he could have sold me a job but instead he informed and counselled me on how to solve it. I ran out of time for repairs so the lovely and amazingly organized Connie - my contact at powers - arranged for Ekraam to remove the chimney on very short notice. "The extended new wall solved a slope problem where the tree-like shrubs were leaning over into the neighbor's yard. The appearance of the wall and fence is much improved. The contractor's suggestion to put the previous fence's replacement on top of the wall was also very positive. The new wall and fence are much more attractive and stable than the previous. (A minor point: some of the debris from the previous wall was not removed.)"

"We live in Sudden Valley, in a tri-level home, underneath and surrounded by high trees. Our roof gets covered in winter storm debris--I mean buckets of needles, pine cones, branches--you name it. We met Centsible Services at the home show when they were promoting their roof shampoo system. They came to our home on the date we were promised, set up, and first cleaned off the junk from the roof. They then spent hours cleaning the roof with their equipment and pressure washed the outside of the gutters (they would have cleaned the gutters, but we have a closed gutter system) as well as pressure washed the eaves that need painting and they also pressure washed our deck for us. They cleaned up all the debris from the front and back of the house. The roof looks fantastic. The moss was just beginning to show up and it's all gone now. The price was excellent. The fellow who did the cleaning was professional and yet very friendly and accommodating. I would not hesitate to recommend this company."
