"Very responsive! A two-man crew came next morning. The experienced assistant plumber successfully cleared the bathtub drain. Greatly appreciated. However, the young master plumber was unable to figure how to install a high-end toilet. After 2 hours, had him re-install the 1960's toilet. The job required a wax ring and some fasteners. The job was to replace the vintage toilet that was wobbly and didn't flush well. Now the vintage toilet is sturdy but still doesn't flush well. They didn't charge for the unsuccessful new toilet install. Can recommend for drain clearing, not for plumbing,"

It was nice to find somebody who returned my call quickly and was able to schedule me in quickly. He updated me on his arrival time which was nice since I work quite a distance from home. New PVC to the sewer line, new extra tap for the vent I'll need next year, re-routed old drains to not only look better, but everything is now tighter-knit and well-organized. Even threaded rods to bracket the drain and valve so that the whole system doesn't shake when it shuts off. I am thoroughly impressed with the focus, the time, and the result.
