"Robert was very professional and friendly. He squeezed me in the day I called and was able to fix my refrigerator when he arrived. I had gotten other quotes and the price was far higher than his by around $100 IF I needed the part I thought I needed. But Robert was able to save me the cost of the part by patching the gasket and sealing it. I was thrilled at that as the gasket was quoted at $173 which is insane. All in all the repair cost was nominal and I am very pleased with the work that was done."

"I needed service on my dishwasher on a Saturday. Nolan Appliance Repair returned my call within an hour. Edmund put me in his schedule that day and was at my house within 3 hours of my initial call. He was able to diagnose and repair the problem. He worked efficiently and neatly. His fee was very reasonable. He also guaranteed his work should a follow up appointment be necessary. "Our 4-year-old microwave stopped working (no display, nothing). After doing some research online I unplugged it and plugged it back in. It started humming very loudly and displayed a PF (power failure) error, indicating a blown fuse or a control board failure. Wintley Baptiste from The Equipment Doctors stopped by two days after I made contact through Angi. He diagnosed the problem as a failed control board and said he would have to order the part and come back in 7-10 days to install it. He gave me an estimated price for the part and labor to install it and asked if I wanted to proceed. I said yes (if I had said no, I would owe $150 for the visit and diagnosis). Wintley called a week later, saying he had the part and could stop by that same day to install it. He did so and the microwave is working fine. The price to repair the microwave was $330. By comparison, a new microwave would have cost at least $500."
