"Ron came out to inspect my master bathroom tub/shower & closet for mold remediation. It took approximately 3-4 days for the mold remediation to be completed. For all extensive purposes the mold remediation appears complete. The project went downhill when Ron referred me to Bluebonnet Renovations LLC (Javier & Daniel) to perform buildback. Javier is the primary owner & was not present during the entire project, his workers performed terrible work.They did not grout & caulk correctly,chipped tile & incorrect shower pan install. I got a second opinion on the shower and they did a flood test yesterday. It was discovered the shower pan was not installed correctly b/c the shower started leaking.Bluebonnet also put grout in the drain & the cover can't be removed. The brand new shower cannot be used. I would not recommend using Ron's contractors unless you want to go through the stress of poor workmanship, lack of communication & a shower that does not include the customer's preferences."

When they came out to inspect, I showed them the problem and they agreed, it was a real problem. Later, they send a report back that completely ignores the very real problem I have. Instead, telling me to fix the back of the house that is no problem at all. Trying to ask for further assistance, they said they did what I paid them for."

They unclogged my sewer lines; then dug a hole in my yard left the clean out pipe sticking out on the ground where my grandchildren can trip and fall over it and I can run over it with my lawn mower; now how stupid is that? They left a mess and never came back to clean it up. They took forever to do this job; it seems every day there was an excuse not to work on it. I will never refer this company to no one, and I do not know why they are still in business."
