"Roland was awesome. He called to say he might be a few minutes late due to prior job, but then got to our house at scheduled time. He arrived with his mask on due to Covid 19 cautions, and was courteous and efficient. He examined chimney caps and took pics for me, as well as inspecting the flu from the bottom. He did not charge me the full amount quoted, as chimney did not need cleaning. I would definitely recommend him!"

Scheduling was quick and easy and the service tech was very punctual.  When he arrived, he explained the work that he would be performing and answered any questions that I had.  He was very knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and he did a great job cleaning and inspecting.  He was very tidy and used a cloth on the floor.  There had been some kind of nest in the chimney since we didn't have a screen at the top.  He told me that he could order a screen and come back to install.  I approved to order and in a few days we received a call that the cap had arrived and then I scheduled the installation.  (See review that I wrote for 8-6-14)  I will definitely use this company again. <br />"

"Sugarbear's did an excellent job. We have a somewhat complicated wood stove that had not been cleaned in the two years since we installed it. We had to call the retailer and get detailed instructions on how to access the chimney. The gentleman from Sugarbear's was very patient as all this was worked out, and then he took apart the back of the wood stove and cleaned the chimney. Then he put it all back together just like new. The job was done on time and my living room was left clean and tidy. No soot, etc. Very pleased and will definitely use again. <br />"

"I emailed RepairMyRoof4Less to get a quote to repair a leaking box vent on my roof that was causing my ceiling to leak. Not only was Arran the first person to call me back out of the 3 companies I reached out to, he also was the first to come inspect the home. Within a total of a few days, he had taken pictures of my roof, walked me through my options and performed the work. I ended up replacing all the vents and installing a ridge vent. No one told me what they did, how they did it, and how it turned out....and just told me to pay over the. Phone. I just didn't like the whole process. I do assume they did the job well."

"Soukup Roofing was on USAA’s list when we needed someone to replace some blown-off shingles in August 2018. They were friendly, well informed, and prompt and did a great job. It was about $500? Somewhere around there - it was insured so I don’t remember. We went back to them when vultures damaged our chimney cap in March 2019 and caused a leak. It is a very tall chimney, and they worked with me to get the right people and equipment here. They patched the leak, and they also installed some spikes I provided, to discourage further vulture visits. ($150) In both cases, the communication was good, they were reliable, their people are friendly and skilled, and they did a good job."
