"I was fortunate in choosing LOA in Houston to represent me when I had my insurance company come out after a hail storm to assess the condition of my roof. I specifically have to thank Andrew S. who went through 3 inspections before my insurance company agreed to replace it. To Andrew’s credit, his persistence and skill over a period of 2 months finally resulted in my insurance company (known for denying claims) agreeing to a full replacement. If you ever have an insurance company come to assess your property after a storm they often have third party companies doing the work of assessing damage and almost always deny your claim. You should always have a roofing company representative there for you during an inspection since they know what to look for and can convince the adjuster that your claim is valid. I was about to spend $16K to replace my 20-year old roof but thanks to Andrew I only had to pay my deductible."

"In Feb 2017 we had Great Built Roofing replace a roof due to hail damage. After their initial visit they were able to do the work in one day. It was a good job and good experience. We are now selling the home and the buyers inspector recommended repairing one area where the drip edge had come loose. It was not a major issue but I was uncertain as how the warranty would be dealt with. Happy to say that Great Built honored the warranty in a timely fashion and was able to advise me on other roofing issues unrelated to their work. I think you will find they produce a good product and are very upfront and honest to work with. I highly recommend their service."

"Maddox Roofing did a great job all around! I was skeptical at first since I didn't see too many reviews and I have a lot of flashing that needs to be correct but after meeting with Brady multiple times and going over the exact details of the work to be performed, I decided to go with him on this large cash expense (non-insurance related reroof). He got the permits in a week or so and then had the materials delivered and the crew came only a couple of days later. They tore everything completely off, and replaced it all. I saw the bare roof and the few replaced sheets of plywood before they re-wrapped the entire roof again with their waterproofing material and re-applied shingles and flashing everywhere. It looks so good, I was so happy when I saw the new roof! The best part of Maddox however is that LESS THAN A WEEK after the new roof was installed, a wind storm tore off a few of the new shingles. I called Maddox to let him know and see if he had some spares I could have to patch, he said "No sir you have a 5 year warranty with my company and we will take care of it". Sure enough they came out and patched it up with matching shingles. Very pleased with the company and the work the men performed on this big house in only 2 days. I see detail and pride in the work and I watched selflessness as the men picked up every scrap of debris from the flower beds and shook the rain spouts to find stubborn nails that could remain behind. "Brian was the first one to respond to my request for a bid. I spoke to two different roofers about their bids, and Brian made me feel very comfortable with what his team would do, and how much it would cost. His price was very reasonable, even with having to remove the extra shingles because of the existing double roof (the previous roof had been laid down on top of an existing roof, rather than removing the old roof). His team came on time on the expected date (4/13/2020) and they completed the whole project in one day. All during that day, I would frequently come out to watch the progress, and I liked what I saw. They were all clearly skilled in what they were doing, and Brian would come and stand with me and explain the different steps as they progressed through the day. I waited to write this review, because I wanted to see how it fared under stormy weather. Today is 6/14/202, and we have had a couple good storms since April, and the roof is clearly very sound. I have checked all through the house, and there are no leaks. I have gone up on the roof myself, and all the shingles have been laid neat and tight and perfectly even along the edges - very professionally done. I also very much appreciate the cleanup that Brian's team did around my house afterwards. The old double roof was awful and all the shingles fell apart into small pieces, so it was no easy task to clean up afterwards. But they did an excellent job, and I have not been able to find one piece of shingle or one nail left from when they were here. I highly recommend Brian Price and his team at Steadfast Roofing.
