When they left after the first day they cleaned everything thoroughly and I couldn't find one nail sitting on the ground. "As a person, Mike is nice. He is no nonsense and gets down to the point. His pricing was great, and the quality of work was great.....However, he is not good at calling you back. Sometimes it takes several messages and several days before you hear from him. When we had our roof replaced, he had to take our solar panels down and the critter guard that was protecting the solar panels from the squirrels and raccoons (we have a huge problem with both). When the roof was done, the solar panels were put back up but not the critter guard. We called Mike to inquire when we might get it put back up. He said he would call his solar guy. We had not heard anything after about a week so we called him back. Then we called again, we finally got ahold of him and he said he could not get ahold of his solar guy. He will give us his number. We called, nothing. Then, Mike said he would order the critter guard and send out his roofing guy when it came in. To this day, NOTHING. STILL WAITING."

They explain all about roofing, product, if there will be any extra cost wood, look in your attic for damages, 3d pictures of your roof how it will look like after it's been done. Added extra ventilation where needed. Clean up was great. I have Dish, they paid the cost to have Dish come back out. There was no surprises! They delivered product one day, next day they removed old wood and replaced with new and extra ventilation. It's just beautiful! They went beyond did extra safety steps for the customer. My roof looks great, beautiful and I can't stop looking at it. We have the roof for Idaho weather not California. The cost is high but you will have a nice product you will not have to worry about for a very very long time. I would recommend this company they are a top quality roofing company."

"I was told there would be supervision when doing the job but as it turned out the first day of work the roofers took out old rusty nails and tossed them right into my backyard where I travel frequently to work on the yard and feed my pets. So of course, I got a nail stuck on my foot and had to go to Urgent Care for Tetanus shot and foot ointment. I still have foot pain. Then the newly installed sheets in front of the house bubbled up. Kind of like when you wrap a gift and the scotch tape didn't seal well so there's bubbling effects. After my call the owner came out and said that it was due to my home having foundation problems which was inaccurate, uncalled for and offensive. If that had been the case the entire roof would have looked warped but it's not. Instead of taking ownership of the problem he washed his hands of any blame. He wasn't very happy then I handed him the container full of rusty nails that I had to p/u after they finished the job which contained about (25). His son offered to fix or replace the 1 sheet but it seems there is more that needs fixing and it's not the roof."
