He did a walk around with me and I could tell he knew his plants, how to take care of them and he emphasized his employees were also knowledgeable of landscape maintenance. "Optimist Technician, Jerome McCarter, came out diagnosed the problem and corrected it. He was punctual, professional, thorough and respectful. He also gave me tips on maintenance of the system. I was delighted that he got the system up and running as it was extremely hot in the house. He did a great job."
