"Rich, company owner, responded quickly to my request for an estimate and scheduled the evaluation for a few days later. His estimate was fair and more affordable than 2 other estimates I had previously gotten from other floor refinishing companies. We scheduled a date for the job to be done 2 weeks later. Rich was a good communicator & answered my questions I had leading up to the job, via emails/texts. Alex (contractor) actually did the floor refinishing, alone & he did a fabulous job refinishing our dining room, living room & 2 closets. The floors are old, white oak and now have new life breathed into them! A hole in one of the closet floors needed to be patched and he did that job very well too. "I have a rental property that desperately needed a hardwood floor facelift. Sam sanded and refinished the second floor and buffed the first floor. I decided to have Sam do the job because he clearly communicated what needed to be done and the price was reasonable. Before starting each day Sam text me that he was on the way to the property. He let me know when he arrived, what he completed that day, when he left, and even provided pictures. This was greatly appreciated since I do not live local. He was very professional and did a fabulous job repairing the bathroom floor that had been damaged from moisture. He is very conscientious and will not leave until you're happy! I'm very happy with the outcome and quick turnaround."
