"I had Geno replace my gutters & install gutter guards in July. I waited to review the work until now so I could determine how the gutters handled the falling leaves. I am very pleased with the job Geno did. It took him & his crew about 4 hours to do the job & did an excellent clean up job when they left. I have had no clogged gutters & the wind blows off the leaves. I had 3 estimates for the job. His reviews were excellent & I felt his gutter guard was very good & he came in with the lowest bid. I recommended Geno to a friend, who also was pleased with his work. I will certainly recommend him to others & will use him in the future if I need additional roofing or siding repairs."

"I was referred to Summit Roofing by 2 separate friends who used them and were happy with the quality of their work and pricing. It took longer to schedule my job than I had hoped but it was because they had to wait additional time for the metal material to be delivered. Due to a lot of rain my job was delayed. To make up the time, Summit scheduled a crew to be at my home on a Saturday at 7:30am. They arrived promptly and completed what was originally scheduled for be a 2+ day job in one day! The workmanship is solid quality. The owner came by the day after the job was complete and walked around the house with me. He took care of minor marks on the house and replaced a piece of siding that has been damaged (no questions). Sean also persevered with me when something didn't seem right with the porch (metal) roof. He re-adjusted the height of my gutter to ensure that I was 100% satisfied with the job. I am! "We needed a new lower roof and once the winter weather broke we got put into the schedule and the work was done promptly. Took them only one day to rip off the roof, cut out three bad spots and replace with new plywood. Then re-shingle the roof and re-side one wall. It looks great and best of all no leaks. Everyone was very professional, provided us pictures of the damage they fixed and left the property as clean as they found it. Great experience!

"It went well. as a matter of fact it was excellent. Me and my husband was riding by and noticed some one having work done so we pulled over and was looking at the work that was being done. We then inquired. the guy was so nice he took our address and like he said he would stop by when he had time to look at our property. He came by spoke to us and took measurements and we made arrangements with him he showed up like he said. we asked for a contract no problem he gave us one we looked over it he signed we signed and he started the work on friday, removed all the cement from our walk way came back on saturday and by sunday i got up to turn off the porch sunday morning and omg, he was out there working laying down the brick sunday afternoon what a wonderful job. me and my husband was so excited! he went over and beyond and exceeded our expectations. thank you again and can't wait to start our next project. i would highly recommend M.
