Project started as simple door and frame replacement because of water damage, and turned into larger and longer project that required replacing studs, drywall, and repainting in addition to door frame replacement due to old termite damage because door frame would not secure to damaged studs. This company and Ken the owner are crooks, liars, and are always looking to bait and switch you into more cost. they will tell you everything you want to hear, they tell you that isn't what they said. they made me get the permits yet they were calling in the inspections and finals then say I was the contractor since they didn't want to take ownership. They will try to skirt any inspections they can. Buyer beware."
