"I am completely satisfied with my experience working with Haskell. Jim was very responsive to my calls and text messages, provided valuable feedback to my original design concept and was just an overall pleasure to do business with. On the day of the pour his team was committed to finishing a quality job, staying well past sunset due to the concrete delivery being delayed. I would highly recommend Haskell for any concrete project."

"I recently had the pleasure of working with Retailer Flooring Solutions to refinish the 1950s hardwood floors in my home, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results. Brian, the owner, made a great first impression by showing up on time for the initial estimate and taking the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions and concerns. His crew arrived on schedule and did an incredible job transforming my scratched-up, stained floors into something that looks like new. The communication throughout the entire process was excellent. I highly recommend Retailer Flooring Solutions to anyone in need of hardwood floor refinishing."

"This job was complicated by the fact that the existing paint on the old house and garage had a high lead content; this increased the cost of the job because of how the scraping and protection of soil and property had to be handled. The workers are lead paint certified. Vince and crew were prompt and efficient; the house and garage (which included a metal garage door which was rusting and needed a fair amount of sanding) were completed in four and a half days. The house was painted white and two colors were used for trim. High quality Sherwin Williams primer and paint were used. All of our questions were answered and calls and texts were returned promptly. The crew was top rate! This was the most hassle-free contracting job I've ever experienced. We will definitely use them again for our other rental properties, and will recommend them highly to others. <br />"

"Ryan is a great communicator. Answered all our questions promptly and was helpful as we sorted out some complicated scheduling.  The installation was fast and the floor looks great.  It was a little more expensive than some competitors, but Tuffkote provided a longer warranty on their work. <br />"

"Matt, was on time for our initial appointment and the office followed up in a timely fashion with a clearly written detailed estimate.  we hired them to do the work.  They estimated that they would begin the work about mid July.  With the wet spring and their busy schedule, the start of the project was delayed until mid August.  Heather, from their office, was courteous and provided ample communication and was very good about getting back to me when I had a question.  The project was completed and they did a beautiful job. ACP was professional and pleasant.  I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to a friend. <br /> <br />"

FAQs for concrete floor coating apply projects in Seneca Falls, NY

Epoxy flooring is a two-part coating made from synthetic resins and a hardener that bonds to concrete to create a continuous, durable surface. Once cured, the coating resists impacts, moisture, and most household chemicals, making it a practical choice for garages, basements, and workshops. It also creates a uniform, easy-to-clean finish that looks more polished than bare concrete without requiring ongoing waxes or sealers.

With proper care and maintenance, solvent-based and solid residential epoxy flooring can last 10 to 20 years, while water-based epoxy flooring lasts three to five years. Water-based epoxy is less durable, making it more susceptible to regular wear and tear. Commercial epoxy concrete flooring that experiences heavy foot traffic may only last two to three years.

Maintaining epoxy garage floors is relatively easy. You can sweep up dirt and debris with a broom, dustpan, or vacuum cleaner, then use a mild cleaning solution intended for epoxy floors to scrub away stains. Avoid using soap-based or chemical cleaners. Mopping an epoxy garage floor regularly with warm water can do the trick.
