"I knew their was a problem with the dryer connection. I couldn’t get the screws loose and there looked like something had heated up and melted the molded piece. Robert removed the bad connection part, got my dryer up and running. And he connected my washer told me my bent drain hose would create a problem and he replaced it with a new unbent hose and secured the connections. He cleaned up the area of his work debris and tested the appliances to make sure they were working. I am very satisfied with the work Robert did and his professionalism.
