What really surprised me was that the wood was sold to us at cost! The carpenter showed me the invoice and added no mark-ups or convenience fees. That was unbelievable. My only complaint is the somewhat sloppy paint job done on the trim once fixed up. Granted, the spots of concern can only be seen from above, on our split-level porch. I will definitely be contacting these guys again for future woodwork.
