"Bryan and his crew were trustworthy, thorough, clean and meticulous! Bryan was absolutely wonderful to work with us from our initial consultation through completion of our kitchen remodel. Bryan really knows the products and materials and his prices are honest and fair with the current market. Bryan went above and beyond on our home project and he knows how things should and should not look. When we were given the wrong size crown molding, Bryan addressed the issue quickly and the correct crown molding was installed. Bryan was also observant and noticed some minor flooring and shoe molding that needed replacement and asked if we wanted to add the work in - of course, we did! We could not be more pleased with the end results. The work Bryan performed included installing recessed lighting, undercabinet lighting, cabinets, crown molding, shoe molding, scribe molding, flooring pieces, painting (walls, baseboards, ceilings), installation of the countertop and backsplash. Bryan's estimate on the length of time to complete the project was true. We will definitely be calling Bryan and his crew for our next home project. You will not be disappointed!"

"Chris and his team did a fantastic job. What started as, what we thought was, a small project of repairing some water damage and replacing a sliding door turned into a much larger mold remediation and replacement of the entire ceiling in the room. Chris was thorough with his inspection to ensure no mold was left, and his team did great work. They were flexible with our schedule with a toddler, completed the work as quickly as they could, and left the room nicer and safer than it was before. We are so grateful to Chris and his team and would happily hire them again for any future work. "

"In hiring a contractor for your home, I know the experience can often be nerve-wrecking. Earlier this month, I had a painting project which needed to be corrected and fixed; as we had hired another painter beforehand; and regretted it quickly. When looking for a contractor who would not only be willing and able to correct the work that was done, but also be able to do so within a reasonable budget, I looked toward Paragon as I had known their work quality from a job they had done for me beforehand. Ryan was quick to respond to my inquiry for a job quote (within about 3 hrs. on a weekend), and an appointment for one of his employees, Charles, was quickly set up. Charles was not only pleasant to deal with, his level of professionalism was also unmatched. In his coming out to evaluate out job, he assured me that the work I was requesting could most certainly be done and stated that he would need about 5 days to complete. Price quote was promptly sent over to me, and after some discussion, I decided to proceed with this job. Ryan was very flexible on the pricing, and willing to work with you concerning budgeting. Charles returned to our home to do the work and kept my wife and I fully in the loop as to what he was doing, needed to do, as well as any problems that were popping up in the course of completion. We couldn't be happier with the finished result. Once job was completed, there were only a few small areas which needed to be addressed/touched up and when brought to their attention, they did not hesitate to promptly correct the issues. It is this attention to detail, as well as them INSISTING that you hold THEM accountable for imperfections so that they may be corrected is why I would recommend them to anyone who needs work done. Never once did I have to worry about the quality of the work being done, Ryan and his team are very friendly in answering any questions you may have, and when it comes to follow-up and corrections, they are happy to oblige. I never have to worry about my home being disrespected with ANY of his crew doing work; and that is very reassuring. Previously his team had installed a French door opening to my deck, and this is what turned me on to this company. Using them as your contractor, you will not be disappointed. "Our place had good bones but didn’t work for our daily life. Every room felt cut off from the next. Ben and Teddy from Top Remodeling sat with us and came up with a better layout without changing the size of the home. They moved the hallway, opened the living area, and added a custom touch in almost every room. They rebuilt the inside from the studs and used solid-core doors and clean finishes. We went with soft white walls, bronze handles, and natural maple cabinets. Now, it all feels open and calm. Every room has a purpose."

I have never had this type of experience with a construction project before. My wife and I are thoroughly delighted with the outcome. it has been over a month now and we still get excited every time we just walk into the bathroom. The lighting is spectacular. "I have wanted a new kitchen for some time, now I have one. It will take some getting use to, over all I like it. I love the look and function of the cabinets. The cabinet installers were great. If given the opportunity, I would have made some selections and placement decisions that are more relevant to how I like to work in the space. The appliance company recommended is excellent! The sales person was knowledgeable and extremely helpful with recommendations. He even took into consideration the various handles on the appliances, providing a cohesive finished look. The after sales team is also excellent and customer service oriented. Some of the contractor work team are more experienced than others. However, when issues were identified, they were resolved for delivery of a good finished product. For detail oriented customers such as myself, I'd suggest you set the pace, ask questions early and often and require clarity, it would be best to finalize all detail before the work starts. "
