"In hiring a contractor for your home, I know the experience can often be nerve-wrecking. Earlier this month, I had a painting project which needed to be corrected and fixed; as we had hired another painter beforehand; and regretted it quickly. When looking for a contractor who would not only be willing and able to correct the work that was done, but also be able to do so within a reasonable budget, I looked toward Paragon as I had known their work quality from a job they had done for me beforehand. Ryan was quick to respond to my inquiry for a job quote (within about 3 hrs. on a weekend), and an appointment for one of his employees, Charles, was quickly set up. Charles was not only pleasant to deal with, his level of professionalism was also unmatched. In his coming out to evaluate out job, he assured me that the work I was requesting could most certainly be done and stated that he would need about 5 days to complete. Price quote was promptly sent over to me, and after some discussion, I decided to proceed with this job. Ryan was very flexible on the pricing, and willing to work with you concerning budgeting. Charles returned to our home to do the work and kept my wife and I fully in the loop as to what he was doing, needed to do, as well as any problems that were popping up in the course of completion. We couldn't be happier with the finished result. Once job was completed, there were only a few small areas which needed to be addressed/touched up and when brought to their attention, they did not hesitate to promptly correct the issues. It is this attention to detail, as well as them INSISTING that you hold THEM accountable for imperfections so that they may be corrected is why I would recommend them to anyone who needs work done. Never once did I have to worry about the quality of the work being done, Ryan and his team are very friendly in answering any questions you may have, and when it comes to follow-up and corrections, they are happy to oblige. I never have to worry about my home being disrespected with ANY of his crew doing work; and that is very reassuring. Previously his team had installed a French door opening to my deck, and this is what turned me on to this company. Using them as your contractor, you will not be disappointed. "Excellent. I was very impressed with the quality of their work and professionalism. They came early everyday and when they left the areas where they worked were spotless. They were honest and transparent in keeping me informed. They even did extra work in areas I did not pay for. While working on my project I had a personal crisis and Luis and his Family came over with a dozen of beautiful white roses and showed me love and compassion. I will never forget that!!! I know have the best house in the neighborhood. My neighbors tell me that all the time. My new front porch and back deck are my pride and joy; my slice of paradise here on earth.
