"FAMB called and I told the owner what needed done. They knew just what to do after that. Gave me an estimate on one day, started the job the next day and completed. Cleaned up nicely everything pretaining to the fence even cut down a Bush that was in the way that grew there over time. The owner does quality work he and his helper. The replacement of my fence is awesome. Love looking out my back now. Highly recommend his service. Professional in his line of work. Nice and courteous to his customer. "Manny was great! Hanged, taped, mudded, and sanded roughly 8.5' X 8' wall that I framed... had 'my studs' not been slightly twisted, bowed and warped the wall would be 100% perfect. "My family recently purchased a home that is 10 years old and during the inspection, an issue came up with the safety mechanism that keeps the garage door from closing down on an obstruction (like your car, kid, or pet). I called ABC Garage and the customer service was very thorough in explaining that older models to not have that feature, so she walked me through the various models and pricing in case we wanted to replace the unit. We have young kids, so I knew we'd probably want to go with the upgrade. The day of the service call, the technician arrived promptly and verified that the current system was old enough that it didn't have this safety feature. We discussed the options again (he had all three models in his van) and he installed it promptly. When that was completed, he also showed how the garage door itself could use to be adjusted so it made less noise when opened. I was happy to pay the additional fee to get that resolved. All told, it was a very positive experience - professional, thorough, friendly, and timely. There is a 5-year warranty on the unit and 1-year labor warranty, but I expect this product to last much longer in the future."
