"Milton Roofing Arrived on time, climbed the roof, found the area where the shingles where wind blown off, explained what had to be done, quoted me a reasonable price so i told him to fix it. It was late in the day so I assumed the work would be completed the following day. No he said it may rain, New shingles (matching !!!!) were installed, everything cleaned up. "I called and they said to not let anyone else touch the roof or it would void the warranty. They came and inspected the roof. The repairman (Juan) was very nice and polite. He saw that a large part of a ceiling was down and went onto the roof to inspect. He came back and said the roof was fine (another repairman had gone onto the roof and said that too!) so it must be coming from a side wall. I had someone repair the side wall. We agreed that it was not a roof problem and so I would pay for the inspection."

The original siding around our carport had a cap over the top that fell away, and the team came up with a different way to attach the siding so that problem wouldn't happen again. The crew arrived on time on the repair day, completed the task, and reviewed it with me before leaving. They provided excellent communication and service throughout the whole process.
