"Litespeed Construction took superb care of me when I needed a new roof due to multiple leaks after a storm. Kirby helped walk me through the insurance claims process, including filing for a re-inspection to get the insurance company to pay for the full amount of the roof. They were in and out in 2 days including replacing new boards under the roof and putting on new gutters and downspouts. I'm very happy with the finished product and the new roof looks beautiful."

"We called Brian King Roofing after several others either didn't call back or simply didn't show up. Lauren was excellent to talk with and Ryan was able to dispatch his crew for the repair in a little over two hours. The repair was done well and done efficiently. Will definitely call them for any future roofing needs and you should too."

"Viorel was very professional through out the quoting process. He made sure to work around our schedule and was always on time. During the work day my wife, newborn son, and I left for the day to avoid the excess commotion. Upon finding rotten boards he immediately called to let me know the situation and that he was going to do it right, but it may come out more than expected. I really appreciated his promptness in communicating with me and making sure the job was done correctly as replacing a roof is not something to cut corners on. As soon as they were done he called to let me know they were finished. Upon arrival I was very surprised on how well his team cleaned up and left my property exactly the way it was. If I need a roof again in the future (hopefully not for quite some time) I will definitely be contacting Viorel and his crew."

"I ordered a new chimney cover & installation from Professional Chimney Sweeps (Jamie). My original cover was old and water was ponding on it. This is the primary issue I wanted resolved and I told Jamie this from the beginning of the sales process. My requirement was a cover that properly drained (no standing/ponding water). The new cover was installed on July 26th while I was not home (agreed with installer this was ok). Upon inspection, I noticed that water would pond on the new cover too. because the center was lower than the edges. I notified Pro. Chimney Sweeps on Monday, July 29th of the issue, and they agreed to correct the issue, but charged me an additional $200 which I reluctanly agreed too. I requested consultation with Jamie & his installers BEFORE the 2nd install and informed them that I would like to be present during the install. Pro Chimney Sweeps did the 2nd install on July 29th without me being present. They did try to contact me, but I was at work, in a meeting with VPs, and unable to answer the call. No message was left on my phone. If the 2nd install could have been schedule with me present, this may have turned out differently. Upon inspection of the 2nd installation, I tested it for water drainage on July 31st. Water still ponded on the 2nd installation. I met Jamie on Weds, July 31 at my home to review the installation. My hope was that we could arrive an an agreeable resolution. The principle of Pro. Chimney Sweeps, Jamie, informed me of the following: 1. The original install was not to code (storm collar was sealed to cover). 2. The 2nd install is now to code. 3. He & his 2 associates would forcibly removed the new cover if I did not pay him in the next 30 minutes. 4. Water standing on a cover is not abnormal. 5. He would perform no further adjustments to the installation and demanded payment or he would have his associates forcibly remove the cover. When I told Jamie, that he did not have permission to go on my roof or touch my house, he said he would anyway, even if I called the police. I do believe that Jamie would have forcibly removed the cover and damaged my home & chimney even if I called the police. It was possible for Jamie & his associates to do the damage before the police arrived. I also feared that if I tried to physically stop them, they would have physically assaulted me. During the 2nd installation, a roof shingle was damaged. Pro. Chimney did not inform me of the damaged, and implied that they did not do it. During our heated discussion about the installation, Jamie stated that in Pro. Chimney's original installation the storm collar was sealed to the cover and this was a code violation (he didn't mention this qfter their 1st installation). In the 2nd install, there is a large gap between the collar and the cover that I requested be extended to the cover (not sealed) to prevent wasps and birds from building nests. Jamie refused. I requested Jamie be present while I performed the water drainage test. Jamie refused. Jamie suggested any inspetor will approve the installation to code. I agreed! Jamie refused to wait for an inspector's inspection and reinforced his proposal of pay him now or he would forcibly remove the cover. I repeatedly pointed out that the cover did not drain as I requested, and Jamie repeatedly said the install was to code, and he would not make any additional adjustments to the install. I paid Jamie because of his threats. The damages to my home from a forcible removal of the cover plus possible injuries from assault would have been higher that what I owned Professional Chimney Sweeps. Essentially, I paid him to leave my home and me alone. This is extortion. "ex•tor•tion noun the practice of obtaining something, especially money, through force or threats." Because of the extortion, I do not trust Jamie and Professional Chimney Sweeps and he and his business is not welcome on my property. I have post pictures as a reference."
