"Eric and his crew arrived when they said they would, began work immediately, including moving everything from the room, stripped away all damaged subflooring and cleaned up all the mess. The next day arrived promptly, laid new subflooring and cleaned up the mess. They returned to lay the vinyl tiles and had it looking beautiful in a matter of a few hours. I could not be more pleased with Eric's work ethic, professionalism, and efficiency. I would definitely hire them again! "I needed a new roof and Carolina Exteriors was one of three estimates I got.     Mike actually got up on the roof to work up his estimate.  He brought something to my attention that the other two contractors had not even mentioned, that part  of the existing roof had never been finished!  They came in and replaced the roof on the timeline promised.  When I called because part of the yard had been torn up , it was no problem getting them to come in and fix it.  Mike explained all the options very well to me.  He  gets high marks from me for customer service and professionalism.  And most importantly the roof looks great!

"Everything went fine. I like the new look from the cheap builders to a really nice system. There were delays. I'm sure there were other emergencies that were beyond their control as well but we also had some weather issues too. They were good. With the inside work, their clean up people weren't very good about putting it exactly the way it was. We found paint chips because they had to shave some paint off the ceiling. I picked up some paint chips and they didn't clean up as good as what they said they would do. There was nothing I was totally dissatisfied, it was just that I wish they had been a little more detailed. I'm extremely detailed. I'm an engineer and I'm very picky. There were some things that I wish that they had been more diligent about but overall, they were good."

"These guys did a phenomenal job. They built a 36’x64’ barn with 16’ side walls for my wife, son, and I. They did everything from finishing up some grade work for the foundation, framed the whole structure, installed two huge custom windows for me, put my building wrap on, sided and roofed the whole building for a very fair price. After a tough winter of getting behind on construction, I decided to hire them back to pour my concrete cylinders, and frame my entire subfloor throughout the building. These guys did an amazing job, and get the job knocked out, all while doing it spot on to the blueprints. No corner cutting, or short cuts were made throughout the building. They are currently building a second barn on the property that is twice the size of mine for my parents, and just like mine they are doing a great job. Both of these fellas are very friendly, very professional, and punctual as well. I highly recommend hiring these guys, and will most likely have them back to do some work again for me in the future."
