Our home needed extensive repairs due to storm and flooding, including interior drywall work, laying tile flooring, electrical, plumbing, window replacement, exterior stucco work, and roof repairs. "I had experienced some water damage in my living room earlier this year. I contacted Jerry through Angie's List and he responded in less then an hour. A few days later he came to my house and gave me an estimate for the repairs I needed. The estimate was right in the middle of what I expected it to be. I agreed to go forward and two days later Jerry was at my house promptly and fixed my wall in one day.
Not only did I have to have drywall and molding replaced but my walls are textured with plaster. Jerry told me that the texture would not be a problem and that he could match it exactly. He wasn't kidding. You can't tell the difference between the original and the repair.  No other contractor said they could do this! Jerry was extremely professional throughout and his work was of the utmost quality.
At the end of the day, I had my wall fixed and it looks great, we settled on the agreed upon price and I got my living room back. I will eventually need to make some other repairs in my house and I will be going to Jerry first. Thank you again!

"After having Florida Leak Locators come out and patch our pool over the last few years, we decided to go ahead and take care of the overall problem. This happened to be mostly our skimmer and some areas of grout. They were kind enough to take the amount that we had spent on patches with them and put it towards the overall bill for repair. They were able to get me scheduled within 2 weeks, which considering the items they had to do would take a whole day, that's pretty good scheduling. They sent out Angel who was there promptly on time early in the morning. The work was done in timely fashion and as a added bonus, he found some of the work didn't need to be done and instead of still charging the same, they reduced the bill some amount to compensate. That's the sign of a good company. I recommended them before for any leak detection and now I can recommend them for pool leak repairs. I would use them again, but hope i don't have to :)"
