"The sales person came out first to walk us through everything involved and the product options. We know we have horrible water, many of the neighbors have told us that appliances last max 5 years because of how hard the water is and how much lime/calcium build up is in it. The person pretty much confirms what we already know, thus the reason we are investigating a water system. He does an evaluation of our home on where a system could go and determines again what we had already suspected that it would need to be placed in our crawl space. In additional we no longer have to clean all our faucets every 3 months of all the heavy calcium/lime build up either, so we feel confident moving forward our appliances will stay in top working order, and any issues will not be due to the poor quality of our water. Honestly as pricey as this particular system is vs other options, we have found that it was well worth the additional costs and has saved us money in the long run on bottled water which we had to use for everything before.
