He put drop cloths down on the carpet before walking on it. He did a great job and was very quick. He even did a little extra reinforcing of the floor before installing the shower. The project was to remove and install a new more disabled friendly set up.. This was for my elderly disabled mother. The bathroom turned out AMAZING !!!!!!! ... truly what a transformation. They not only did a professional, job, they were so polite and went out of their way to clean their work area. They took precautions to ensure no dust or debris few into the other rooms as project progressed. I am extremely pleased in their work , professionalism & how very polite and courteous they were to my elderly disabled mother. They also added grab bars in the shower and around the toilet area. A handicap bench was also installed into the shower.. I would recommend this company to anyone & everyone. We were so very lucky to have come across such a wonderful, professional company with such kindness . The new shower unit is much safer and under friendly for my disabled elderly mother."

"Had a bathtub taken out and converted to walk in shower unit. The quality seems top notch and installer was great. Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."

"Couldn't have more more pleased with the process and result. Carmen provided his estimate for the work in June. Work started in mid-September which was fine as it gave me time to select and purchase the tile, toilet, vanity, towel bars as well as plumbing and light fixtures. The renovation took about 2 and 1/2 weeks. The line of communication was positive and transparent....Carmen answered questions, showed up when scheduled, and cleaned up thoroughly when leaving for the day as well as when the job was complete. I appreciate the hard work and craftsmanship Carmen and his assistant Ryan provided on my new bathroom. Highly recommend!"

They showed up on time and did not give me a crazy window that they would be showing up between. Also, the end price was well under the price they quoted me.
