"Elpidio, the lead technician, was far more than just an installer. My situation was frustrating… and instead of pushing me into costly repairs and warning me of the terrible things that could happen to my dog if I didn’t, Elpidio was compassionate. We sat on the lawn together, petting the dog, as he shared with me the wise things he knew about dogs in general. I had been almost overwhelmed and Elpidio was kind and knowledgeable. This might sound ridiculous, but the end result was no fence! Of course freedom fence would be there with excellent service and a payment plan if need be… But my particular situation was not as dire as I originally thought. Honesty, integrity, and the kindness Elpidio showed speaks volumes about this company! "From the time we walked through the door, they were professional and ready to assist. I was a nervous first time mom of a boarder and wasn't prepared to see my dog trot off with their handler without a moments hesitation. Check-in was so easy I thought it must get harder later. That wasn't to be the case. Even though I called daily, they were happy to give me personal reports and keep me up to date on her stay. My sweet pup is 120+lbs and does not see frequent changes in her handlers. She had also never been boarded and we were not sure she wouldn't try and use her size to demand being sent home. Our worst nightmares couldn't have been further from the truth. On her last day there she was groomed and it was such a joy to pick up a happy, clean dog. More amazing was how well she seemed to respond to them after only a couple of days in a strange place. All of this is something you expect from a good kennel, but we made last minute reservations after our plans for dog-sitter fell through. As we were going away the week of Fourth of July, that they could even take her was amazing. We are already planning for this summer and will be bringing her back even if we are vacationing elsewhere."

"The job went extremely well. The installation was difficult due to the fact that the fence ran down a fairly steep slope between the two properties and had to contend with many trees. The old fence, which sat precisely on the property line, had been consumed by several trees over the years. Obviously, the new fence had to respect the property line while accommodating the now much larger trees. <br /> Both the designer and the installer ungrudgingly spent as much time as was needed for the neighbor and I to settle on an acceptable design between us and assisted us in resolving the inevitable issues that arise. In addition, the installer was very professional and cheerfully made adjustments to the project while the work was ongoing. <br /> The final result was a beautifully installed, custom-designed fence between our two properties. By 'custom-designed' I mean that while we had purchased a standard, commercial fence, it was clearly apparent that the installation had been specifically engineered to accommodate our unique layout and constraints. <br /> The only hiccup was that while we knew the installation would require two days, we thought the two days would be adjacent. Instead, the two installation days were separated by three days of inactivity. While this, in and of itself, is not an issue, we felt that the schedule could have been better communicated. <br /> Irrespective of the above hiccup, both the neighbor and I feel that Orange Fence is a good company and we highly recommend them. I plan to return to them for additional fence work to occur in on my property next year. <br /> <br />"
