"I called Affordable Fence in April about repairing or replacing a split-rail fence I had had for several years around two sides of my yard. Mr. Sterrett came out on 4/25, and we walked around my yard and discussed the possibilities. We agreed that the best plan would be to replace the fence with a chain-link fence. He sent me an estimate, and I agreed to it. Originally, they were scheduling for the second week of July. But it turns out they had an earlier opening. On June 25, the crew came out and removed the old fence. They came back the next day and installed the new one. All went smoothly and efficiently. I am completely satisfied, and would recommend Affordable Fence to anyone. The price quoted below includes the cost of the chain-link fence plus $160 for removal of the old split-rail fence."

Our fence turned out better than imagined. All the pickets are lined up perfectly and the runs are very straight, even with our far from flat yard. All posts set in concrete, fastened with screws, all cuts are straight and look great. The lumber they used is very high quality, not the bowed/twisted stuff you find at the box stores these days. "Chester and his team did a fantastic job.  Initially interviewed 3 others companies and not only felt the most comfortable with Chester, but he also gave the best price by far.  Because we wanted more of a "custom" fence as opposed to the standard privacy fence, other companies literally doubled their price.  Chester only added a couple hundred dollars for the extra material as the labor wouldn't increase. <br /> The only "negative" I would have to the experience had nothing to do with Chester but instead, Mother Nature.  She didn't cooperate and it took nearly 2.5 months for Chester to get started.  But once he did, the fence was complete in just under 2 weeks. They came and took my roof off within an hour and replaced some of the osb took out my old chimneys and had the new roof on and cleaned up around the house by 1-1:30 and whole project done within roughly 4.5 hours. They sent pictures of the entire project in the start of every phase to keep me posted so I knew how far they were the entire time! They fought for me and worked with me to get me what I needed. Highly recommend for any exterior project. They will be doing my gutters and replacing some of my old siding and looking forward to them coming back!"
