"Mr Richmond and his team installed a new roof on our Southern MD home in 2018. He was very professional and customer service oriented. His team was thorough, replaced sheathing as required, at a great price, without over charging. In early 2023, a storm blew a small piece of soffit off of the peak of my home. It was in a precarious location. I could not make the repair. I wasnà ¢à  à  t sure what company would take a minor repair issue seriously. Although unrelated to the 2018 roof replacement, I recalled Mr Richmond also performs siding installations. I gave him a call. Being a Southern MD resident and businessman, Mr Richmond recalled both my property and me. Mr Richmond agreed to have a siding technician perform the repair. The repair was made within days not weeks. Mr Richmond is a man of his word, who appreciates his customers. I have recommended him to others in the past and will continue to do so. Chris B."

"Since my roof is 20+ years old, I have a Home Confidence Plan with Arocon, which includes two roof inspections (tune-ups) per year. Preston and Keith were the technicians that performed this service on July 27, 2022. I can only say positive things about these technicians. They were very thorough, making some minor repairs (exposed nails). They took photos of the roof, which I received via email soon after the visit. Preston is very professional and knowledgeable, and clearly explained what the issues are with my roof and its overall condition. I have had this service with Arocon for a couple of years and I derive much peace of mind in maintaining my roof with Arocon until I replace it. Based on my experience with Arocon, I will be very inclined to hire this company to replace my existing roof when the time comes. Susie Setser"

"I thought Presidential did a good job replacing my roof. I thought the pricing was fair and the job was done from first contact with the company to finish in ~1 month. I would use them for home repair services again."

"I’m going to begin this review by saying, I have never hired someone to do a job on my house where I have been completely satisfied with the labor and the finished product. Until now. I just hired a company to remove my existing shingle roof and replace it. Not only is the finished product of excellent quality, but the technicians were extremely diligent in making sure everything was done with precision. The entire job even down to the clean up afterwards is outstanding…. I highly recommend Coxs Roofing and I will be using them whenever I need roofing work done. Oh! And they also had the best price quote out of three estimates I received. 1121 Roland Heights Ave. 21211"

"Have been working with Roofing solutions for a couple of years on multiple projects. Every project has been finished quickly and smoothly."

"I was given some of the best work I've ever seen from a roofing company at a very affordable price. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. They have my highest recommendation."

"From the start, Alex Frey made me comfortable by explaining the roofing replacement process and the materials used for the replacement. The work was done on time as scheduled, and the crew performed an excellent job. Photos are used to show the old roof and the work being done, which I keep for the record. The 'no leak' lifetime warranty applies to labor and materials. In addition, the GAF lifetime manufacturer's limited warranty applies to material defects. These warranties are transferable. The cost is a little over my budget, but with the materials used, the quality of work, and the lifetime warranties, I think it's worth it."
