His quote was the lowest of three but I would have picked him based on his knowledge and expertise. He pointed out what others do to "cut corners" (perhaps save money). His is real and genuine. In my 12 years in Florida after living in Kansas City, MO for 35 yrs, I have not met ANYONE like Ray. He is exceptional! He recommends and gives advice about items to consider (not to charge more) but to make the finished product near perfect!"
