His quote was the lowest of three but I would have picked him based on his knowledge and expertise. He pointed out what others do to "cut corners" (perhaps save money). His is real and genuine. In my 12 years in Florida after living in Kansas City, MO for 35 yrs, I have not met ANYONE like Ray. He is exceptional! He recommends and gives advice about items to consider (not to charge more) but to make the finished product near perfect!"

"Guy Brothers was a subcontractor for the project. The job site was an active residence with pets, but the job site was left a mess with nails, metal shards, insulation, and other construction debris every day. Workers left food scraps and containers in the yard. Underlayer board precision was fair. Did not replace the rotten siding under the main electrical panel; this was a decision of the primary contractor and not of Guy Brothers. Minimal cleanup after the project was finished."

Went on to remodel a second bath with a new vanity, cast iron shower pan, tile and glass shower door. Plumbing for a new washing machine. Repair drywall in several places , two barn doors, more tiling, more removal of popcorn ceilings with Beautifully Smooth Ceilings! Install new trim. Stain new stair treads. New trim.
