They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. "We hired this company to replace the kitchen flooring. The job was to remove the existing vinyl flooring and install new flooring. Mr. Rodrigues made all efforts to accommodate our needs. There was a lot of change request from us in that they had to wait to finish the portion of flooring next day. The dishwasher area had to be refinished, which was out of scope work. A plumber had to disconnect and reconnect the dishwasher. He worked all along with us patiently. Highly recommend this company. Thank you for the wonderful work."
