"Was easy to make the appointment. He quickly identified what was likely the problem, which was more an adjustment than part replacement, and quickly fixed it. He checked other possible things that could have caused the problem and determined all seemed ok. He seemed to be very knowledgeable about all types of appliances, and clearly was not inclined to replace things that were fine, as others might do. The price was less than I know some others would have charged for a service call and minimum repair time. Would definitely use again."

"I would give Bill an A++++++ if that was an option!! The short story... in spite of the broken part having been discontinued by the manufacturer, our oven is working again like new. We philosophically prefer to repair than to replace things, and Bill was fantastic. He warned us that he may not be able to fix our oven, given the unavailable part, but he was game to try - and try he did! He sent off the broken clock (command center of the oven) to a circuit repair company he had used before to see if they could fix it. It came back the first time and didn't fix the problem... but Bill didn't give up! He got their technician on the phone and finally got them to agree to take a second look, which they did - and lo and behold, they had missed the problem the first time and it came back fixed on the second try. Hooray!!! Without Bill's perseverance, we would have ended up replacing our oven. We couldn't be happier."

Michael's got back to me within a half an hour and were at my house about an hour or so after the call back. The work looks good and the price of the fix seemed reasonable, although my experience with plumbing prices is minimal. "My kitchen sink wouldn't drain.  It was clogged far out in the line to the drywell.  Their guy unclogged it.  He was courteous, professional, and neat. <br /> I was surprised that they charged from portal to portal, which added an hour to the charge. <br /> However, they did come out the day after I called and did not charge extra for saturday service.  They did good work, and charge less than the companies that specialize in unclogging drains like roto router and such. <br />"
