"Was easy to make the appointment. He quickly identified what was likely the problem, which was more an adjustment than part replacement, and quickly fixed it. He checked other possible things that could have caused the problem and determined all seemed ok. He seemed to be very knowledgeable about all types of appliances, and clearly was not inclined to replace things that were fine, as others might do. The price was less than I know some others would have charged for a service call and minimum repair time. Would definitely use again."

I went to Angie's list for plumbers and I placed a call to two plumbers including Michael's. Michael's got back to me within a half an hour and were at my house about an hour or so after the call back. "HORRIBLY! I was just told by Tom Sutton heating & plumbing that they will not stand behind the generator repair failure where I almost lost an $8,500 boiler, hot water heater and had to buy two new sump pumps and pay for a plumber's visit and clean up after the generator failed during the storm. I also lost many items in the flooded basement. The fire dept and police were here 4x throughout the day trying to deal with the flooding, thanks to the failure of the generator to kick on when the power went off. This is the specific reason that I spent hundreds of dollars to repair the generator. Sutton basically told me to get lost. What is wrong with some companies? They don't seem to have any sense of responsibility or decency for other people. I really do not know how some of these companies can stay in business? It's truly disappointing that the old Sears Roebuck attitude has gone the way of the dinosaur."
