"Trying to pick a roofer can be a very stressful time. Too many choices, many things to think about. Right from the start Luna put us at ease. Andrew did not put on the hard sell, he was honest about cost, scope etc. He answered our many questions and never put down other companies, like some of the others we met with did. Once we signed the contract Stephanie in the front office was so helpful setting up a date and communicating to us every step of the way. The crew showed up on time and went right to work.They covered everything so there was no damage done anywhere to the exterior of our house. Rolando the owner and Antonio the formen were on site throughout the job and were available for any questions or surprises, thankfully everything went smoothly. When it came to clean up, if not for the new roof and the Luna sign in our front yard, we would never have known they had been there. It was amazing to watch as they even raked our lawn to make sure there were no debris from the old roof. They started at 7am and were gone before 5 pm. The roof looks great and we are happy we chose Luna. I cannot say enough about Luna Roofing and their professionalism. Next time we need work done we will go to Luna."

"Arrived early in the morning and worked continuously all day. The job was finished about 3:00PM. My property was cleaned up very well when the job was finished, including using magnets to pick up any stray nails. Everyone was very professional and nice. "It went better than I could have hoped for!  Alan is a nice, honest person, with plenty of roofing experience.  The day after I called, he showed up first thing the next morning.   He could tell immediately why our slate roof was leaking into our bathroom and bedroom, and how to repair it - and explained it all to me clearly.  Westside did a great job.  The crew was highly professional, courteous, kind, and efficient.  They were In and out in one day!  I couldn't believe it! They even threw in some extras I hadn't asked for, e.g., rehung a heavy bathroom mirror much more securely than my jerry-rigged method. And when I asked for one last piece of work at the end of the day (which I hadn't thought of before), even after their long day they happily stayed longer to help me out.   Every person on the crew was nice and friendly and hard working.  And back in the office - Candi was great!  She is lovely to deal with, returned emails and calls promptly.

"I hired Remodeling Concepts based on a recommendation. Right from the start Derek was very responsive and once at my home he was full of ideas and suggestions to help us with our remodel. I brought in 3 contractors before hiring RC. The estimates were all around the same amount and Derek was right in line with his prices but he offered a lot more than anyone else I spoke to. Throughout the remodel, the entire staff were professional and friendly. I actually got to the point that I felt that the guys had become family...my dogs even liked them! We did everything from new siding and a new roof, to a full kitchen remodel, new laundry room, new covered deck, and central air among other things.
