"Jonathan Olsen is an exceptional professional wood floor expert. We had 2 different wood floors on our first floor and upstairs landing , red oak with a clear poly finish and maple with a cherry gel finish that we wanted to have refinished with one unifying stain color. It is extremely difficult to match stain color on two different species of wood to get a close match. He did so beautifully and we could not be more thrilled with the results. Working with him was a pleasure. He is great communicator and a perfectionist. He explained the challenges clearly and the possible solutions and problems so we could we could make an informed decision. He kept us informed during the job and was able to pivot and include another floor in our house with no problem. "Shane's work is magnificent. My floors look as if they are out of a magazine. He did his work prior to our move-in, so the house was empty. He and his employee were both master craftsmen who took pride in their work and in their business relationships. They started work the day Shane said they would, showed up early and put in a full day, and cleaned up after themselves daily. Shane was happy to talk with us if we stopped by, and was responsive to our questions and ideas. The process was flawless from start to finish. The contract spelled everything out, the estimated completion date was met, and the floors are stunning.
