We are so glad we did. Ed Drake met with us and provided a detailed estimate that included some features the others neglected. He was also able to provide the longest warranty for his work and product. (That has to be earned!) His staff were all respectful and very hard working. They arrived on time, draped the entire house to protect siding and the landscaping. They completed the job within one day as promised and cleaned the entire yard before departing with all discarded materials. "We had our siding replaced last week and I have to say Chris & the team were AMAZING. they all worked so well together and our siding was completed in literally 3 days. That's including removing a chimney and repairing the roof where it was! They cleaned up after every day, leaving no mess or nails laying around which I really appreciated and my siding looks so beautiful. My property was cleaned up very well when the job was finished, including using magnets to pick up any stray nails. Everyone was very professional and nice. "Luna Siding and Roofing was fast (3 days), and efficient. I had to have my entire roof covered with new plywood due to the age of the house. Luna's craftsmanship is superb. When the job was done my yard looked as though they were never there. They removed every bit of debris from the old roof. The roof looks so good now I'm forced to get new siding so the rest of the house looks as good as the roof. When I first called Luna they sent someone to look at the job and give me an estimate. He was punctual and professional. I had my estimate soon after which included a warranty on craftsmanship and on the roofing material itself. He was patient and explained everything in great detail. The roof comes with a warranty can be transferred to the next owner if I decide to sell. Also I have to add that his administrative staff is very helpful and professional. They were polite, responsive and if they didn't have an answer they called the boss (who by the way personally goes to each job and supervises the work himself). "I hired Remodeling Concepts based on a recommendation. Right from the start Derek was very responsive and once at my home he was full of ideas and suggestions to help us with our remodel. I brought in 3 contractors before hiring RC. The estimates were all around the same amount and Derek was right in line with his prices but he offered a lot more than anyone else I spoke to. Throughout the remodel, the entire staff were professional and friendly. I actually got to the point that I felt that the guys had become family...my dogs even liked them! Derek and his staff were always available when I needed them and anytime I made changes to the project Derek took it in stride and worked with me to make sure I was happy. One of the things that really made me happy when dealing with Derek is that when he would come to the house on a day that he wasn’t on site, he would review the work done and at times would find something that he deemed unacceptable that my wife and I didn’t even notice and would have the work redone to make sure it was perfect. This was a huge project that I was very nervous about and Derek and his staff made sure things went smoothly and I couldn’t be happier with the results. We did everything from new siding and a new roof, to a full kitchen remodel, new laundry room, new covered deck, and central air among other things.
