"I hired King Quality only 2 weeks ago and within the 2 weeks they came to my home, gave me a price, installed the siding and left my house spotless. I was very nervous making the initial call but they put my mind at ease. It was a pleasure working with them from my 1st call into the office speaking to the ladies then speaking with Jeff to the crew foreman Billy. They definitely lived up to there name. I received King quality!"

"They installed a gorgeous new roof for us. The whole crew was very professional and courteous. Having once worked for a roofing company, I checked the quality of the installation and I can say that I couldn't find anything that wasn't done exactly how it should have been done! Highly recommend this roofing company in Albany NY."

"It was excellent. They were right on time. They were very neat and very fast in doing the roof. Everything was done very efficiently. The cost was very good for the work that they did. They came in right in one of these so-called special deals from other companies. Overall, it was great quality. They had great customer service and we haven't had an issue at all since they installed it in April."

"When my roof started leaking I began the arduous task of getting estimates for a new roof. After getting a number of estimates from most of the minor and major roofing companies serving Orange County NY, I was not impressed. Most of the larger companies were expensive and the owner is not involved in the installation. The smaller companies had no website or did not belong to the Better Business Bureau. I also received a couple of estimates from home improvement companies which although they had much lower estimates, they were not accredited with the shingle manufacturer which could void the warranty. As a last resort I called Luna Siding and Roofing, Inc. Their salesman Sam came out the next day and I explained to him I did not need the whole sales pitch about the shingles which I had heard a number of times already. He explained to me that the owner is on site throughout the roof installation. Sam did not give me an estimate on the spot which all of the other contractors previously had. A day or two later I received a detailed estimate of the work to be done with a ton of additional information. I was also impressed with the fact that I was given a 48 hour discounted price which helped to expedite my decision. After doing some research of the company as well as requesting photos of actual work that they had done, I signed a contract. To my luck they had an immediate opening. Within a few days after sending a deposit, the owner Rolando and his crew arrived 7am in the morning and immediately went to work. Unfortunately for me the roof sheathing had two problems, it was only 3/8 inch plywood and portions of the roof exposed to direct sunlight all day had melted the shingles onto the plywood which was impossible to remove. After doing some quick online research and talking to Rolando, I decided to have the entire roof sheathing replaced with 1/2 inch plywood. Although it was unexpected expense, I do not believe in being penny wise and dollar foolish as the saying goes, putting a new roof over questionable roof sheathing could lead to very expensive problems later which the shingle manufacturer may not cover. Rolando was also flexible with allowing me to pay a small balance in the near future after the holidays. The crew worked throughout the day and were completed by 4 in the afternoon. The yard was completely cleaned and the roof looked great. I would highly recommend Luna Siding and Roofing to friends and family."

"The original project targeted only the Kitchen with minimum lay out modification. We later added removal of a wall and closet, replacing the dining room floor and painting the is one and the living room. We requested 7 quotes in total since this was a major project. We decided to work with Remodeling concepts due mainly to: - Derek's professionalism, - a timely response during the quoting process. We made four modification to the original project changing design and scope of work, - a very competitive price, - solid references, - have insurance and be licensed. The job started on the agreed date, and run as scheduled. Derek's team follows his professionalism, and they demonstrated a high level of expertise. Demolition (walls, closet, cabinets, etc), cleaning, framing, sheet-rock & taping, tile and back-splash work, plumbing and gas work, cabinets installation, electrical work, appliance installation, and painting were top. And they kept the dust to the minimum. We could appreciate their craftsmanship on the details. We have our DREAM kitchen. My wife is extremely pleased, therefore so do I. Do yo need or want a new kitchen? Call Remodeling Concepts."

"Great! Arrived on time each and every day and worked non stop. . . Superior work and quality. Left not a trace of dirt or construction behind. Was patient with all my changes and additional items and finished BEFORE we thought they would! Would highly recommend!"

"Ryan was extremely helpful and professional. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs any work done around the house. He’s honest and the price was fair. Would definitely hire again."

"Bob and the Modern Remodeling team did a great job in the renovation of a townhouse I had recently purchased that was in disrepair. They gutted the kitchen and bathrooms, laid new flooring in every room (bathrooms (tile), kitchen (tile), living areas (hardwood), and bedrooms (carpet)), installed all new cabinets, lighting, and appliances in the kitchen. They were responsive and easy to work with, and I would use them again for future projects!"
