The only negative (which I'm not sure it is, or maybe I should have said something) But the cutters on the 2nd floor roofing cut off and don't go directly into the water catching gutters. I was told that this could create more wear and tear on my roof? Again, not sure as I've had no issues. But the work itself is stable and strong and does the job.

They made recommendations for what I needed and explained it in a manner I could understand which was not the case with a different roofing contractor who came to my home to estimate the job. To me, the situation was something of an emergency with winter approaching, and Impriano made scheduling of my roof a priority. Workers were very professional, punctual, and took great care not to impact the adjacent townhouse properties. Workers kept me informed of how work was progressing.
