He pointed out that he could also replace some wooden pickets on the fence which I needed to have done but didn't think about asking him as getting the gate repaired was more important. He came out on Friday morning and repaired the gate and replaced pickets as well as secure a section of fencing. He did a great job. Bertie was very polite and punctual. However, I had another project I personally was handling which is the painting of the back wooden trim base of my house. He was kind enough to save me the time in sanding,scraping and power washing those areas for me. He is a people person and very direct and honest in which is what is needed in communicating any business and/or services.
